However, many of our customers prefer to begin with a visit to our substantial showroom. Just 5 minutes’ walk from Blackwall DLR Station, there’s nothing better than getting a real feel for what you’ll be buying whilst connecting with our knowledgeable experts on hand to answer any questions you may have.
- Free, no-obligation quote
If you’ve requested a quote online or over the phone, we will request that you send some pictures of the windows and doors that you would like replacing, which we will then use to provide you with a free, no-obligation quote. *
However, if you visited us at our showroom, and you have information on the products you would like fitted, we can give you a quote right there and then. If not, we will request that you send us images of the products later.
*During busy periods, a 24-hour turnaround isn’t always possible. However, we will let you know if this is the case.
- Deposit required
Once you’re happy with the quote and you place you order with us, we will request your deposit, which is 30%. Your outstanding balance will be payable on completion of the project.
- Surveyor visit
We will then schedule a time for our certified, in-house Fenestration surveyor to pay you a visit at your convenience. They can normally visit your home within 2-3 days from your initial enquiry. They will assess your property, take measurements, and determine whether your plans adhere to the latest building regulations and local planning permissions.
- Installation day
On receipt of your deposit, our installation department will be in touch to arrange a date for your window or door installation. Our turnaround time is typically 3-4 weeks. Once the project is complete, we will request the remainder of your payment. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
- Aim Windows Aftercare
In the unlikely event of remedial work, we will repair any faulty window and door products free of charge. For complete peace of mind, we also offer a separate repair service alongside our installation service.
